Shipping

• Shipping orders can be placed using our website, over the phone, and by visiting our retail outlets (recommended).
• Shipping is delivered within 1-30 days, depending on the product type. Bespoke/Customised orders require more production time. Orders outside the Kolkata Metropolitan area require extra days for delivery (Including Nationwide Delivery) – All orders are usually shipped within 30 days.
• Invoices are generated, and orders will be dispatched for shipping upon full payment confirmation – This is treated as day 1.
• Orders will be shipped as Insured Valuable Parcels, and tracking options will be shared with the invoice’s mobile number.
