Exchange, Buyback and Return

• Original Invoice and ID proof are mandatory for all buy-back, exchange or repair(s).
• Gems after setting or once used by the customer can’t be returned or exchanged under any circumstances
• Gems can be exchanged or altered within seven days from the date of purchase and only before setting. Cash cannot be refunded.
• Old non-hallmarked ornaments of our make may be exchanged for new ornaments, subject to a melting loss of 6%.
• Hallmarked ornaments of our manufacture can be exchanged with our new ornaments by weight of gold without any deduction (weight of enamel, dirt, stone will be deducted).
• In case of exchange of diamond and diamond jewellery, 100% of the diamond(s) bill value (excluding GST) will be adjusted against new ornaments.
• In case of exchange or buyback, the making charge and value of the studded stone will always be deducted. Gold Ornaments and silver merchandise crafted by us may be sold back to us at the prevailing purchase rate against A/C Payee cheque only.
• In case of refund of diamond and diamond jewellery, 20% of the value of diamond will be deducted. Entire amount of making charge and value of studded precious stones and GST will be deducted.
• The cheque issuing process may take 7 working days.
• PAN card is mandatory for transactions above Rs 2 lakhs. In the event of a cash transaction of Rs 50,000 and above, PAN card may be required.
